Our Vision of Tomorrow (Click for Video)

Ohio Air & Space Hall of Fame and Museum (OAS) - Our Vision of Tomorrow Fly-Through

Last fall the non-profit Ohio Air & Space Hall of Fame and Museum (OAS) announcement of its plan to renovate the original 1929 Port Columbus Air Terminal into a civic showpiece and home to our interactive exhibit hall, learning center, and event space.  At the time, the OAS had signed a long-term lease with the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, having earlier received a State of Ohio grant of $550,000 as the cornerstone funding of our multi-million dollar project.

Last week the OAS announced a partnership with The Ohio State Center for Aviation Studies to co-develop AvSTEAM curricula aimed at high school students, statewide.

As a result, we have received many requests to see just what our renovation would look like when completed.

Today we are excited to be able to respond with a special 15-minute public online event to “premier” a vivid video presentation of our plan created for the OAS by our architects and designers at Moody Nolan.

This afternoon at 3 PM Eastern Time - Monday March 15, 2021 – I’ll host this 8-minute long animated video that illustrates what the transformation will look like, inside and out, once our capital campaign is successful.

Below is a YouTube link to today’s entire “live” 3 PM ET presentation for your preview.  I appreciate your viewing this important video presentation now, and for holding off from sharing it with your audience until after our public online screening later today.
